Our mission
Young Africans, telling and solving Africa's story.
To unite young African professionals across media, agriculture, education, enterprise and the arts — telling our own stories, building solutions to the problems those stories reveal, and mentoring the generation behind us.
We are not a media house, a charity or a consultancy. We are the people the stories are about, with the skills to act on them.

What we exist to answer
The problems are already named. The stories come next.
VOAC publishes stories only in the voice of the person they belong to, with recorded consent — and none has been recorded yet. What we can say honestly today is which problems, across the continent and in each of our countries, we exist to answer.

The stories that reach the world about African communities are rarely told by those communities, in their own languages, on their own terms.

Named by the people living it — never by us. Every story carries the problem it surfaced.

Routed to the member with the relevant skill. If nobody has claimed it, the page says so.
Outcome
What changed, verified and published — including when it is partial, or fails.

None of these started as an idea in a meeting. Each answers an issue named on this site — and each says plainly whether it has started.
Where we are
Six countries, not a head office
Members are in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Côte d'Ivoire, Liberia and Benin today. More should join from these countries — and from every other African country.
